We are thrilled about this event and in preparation for it; we are inviting you and your
company to take part in the celebration. We ask that you come out to Club Roxy, which
is located at 271 Azalea Road, Mobile Alabama on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, starting at
4:00p.m. You will have the chance to grace all in attendance with the introduction of your
latest releases and/or present your company’s services. We anticipate having 300-500
people in attendance. Our guests will consist of C & M Record Pool Members and staff,
Club & Mobile Disc Jockeys, Major & Independent Label Representatives, Radio
Programmers, Retail Store Owners, Distributors, Publications, Video Show
Representatives, Producers, Consultants, Media, Unsigned Artists, Select Music
Consumers and many of the unnoticed heavy hitters in the industry.
C & M Record Pool & CD Pool would like to extend our call for Sponsorship and
Promotional Giveaway Grab Bags. As a sponsor, you will receive the added bonus of
image and vocal acknowledgement, as well as, having your artist/group to perform at
this highly anticipated Music Conference. The Promotional Grab Bags will give your
company an opportunity to promote your products and/or services will create a great
