Leicester, Leicestershire - June 26, 2020 - Fizi Samad started his life in Malaysia taking influences from western culture, especially when it came to music. The way Michael Jackson not only vocalized but inspired the world to move, it sparked something in him as a child, and later the likes of Bruno Mars would continue to push him towards creating his own music that would impact the world in a positive way. Today, he’s a UK-based pop singer-songwriter known as Fi-Zi with music that will make the world get up off their feet. That is especially true of his upcoming release of “Dancing Like the ’80s,” which will be available on all major music and streaming sites June 26, 2020. 

Today he centers his music around love and relationships as those are two of the most universal ideas that everyone can relate to; good or bad. Instead of all-out heartbreak, Fi-Zi is taking people on a journey through the Friend Zone. With elements of the ‘80s and contemporary styles finding a happy medium, this song is perfect for all your summer antics. Like with his previous releases though, Fi-Zi hit the studio with producers Ryan Benyo and Tayo Branford. Together the dynamic trio worked together to hit it out of the park with synthesizing results.
