What makes Rell different from other MC’s is his versatile character and the fact that he has the ability to embody change; embracing it with an open mic and studio time. Pennsylvania born native Terrell Pinckney grew up having to constantly adapt to change, as he was a military kid that moved around quite often between Germany, Texas, Georgia, Virginia and finally landing in South Carolina around his sophomore year of high school.

It was after being introduced to the music of New Orleans rapper Juvenile at a young age by a friend, Rell began laying down the foundation to his own music career path. He was able to catapult his music career and generate a buzz through releasing his mixtape sSmoked Out Time Machine, Weed Beats and Bomb Lyrics and Your Royal Highness that he worked on with some of his hometown buddies, as well as through his web site WeRollUp.com. In 2012, Yo! Raps Magazine dubbed him as the ‘Next 2 Blow.’

Rell is currently signed to Mason J Records a subsidiary of CSP Music Group under the guidance of CEO Christopher Starr.
