Chicago, IL - September 23, 2020 - Hip hop artist Noor is breaking through cultural and music barriers with the release of his latest song. "Blue Jay" is a track about being free of the chains holding someone back.
"Blue Jay" is a hip hop track with many layers. Noor takes his pain of being demonized for his Islamic faith and turns it into a powerful melody. The song is self has a catchy, upbeat vibe that encourages others to break free from what is holding them down. The lyrics, inspired by Noor's experiences, contains inspiring messages listeners will take with them. The song was released on September 4th and is available on streaming platforms.

Noor is a Muslim artist with the goal of breaking the stigma around his religion and being in the hip hop scene. At 18, Noor was given the opportunity to perform at the World Trade Center in Dubai (2016), so he traveled to the Arabian Peninsula and had his first international appearance. Since then, Noor has continued his music career with record labels and going solo.
