ICEBURG FLACKO, aka Turnt.up.$avage, is a freestyle rapper and songwriter with a Cuban/Jamaican background. He was born into a musically inclined family and raised in Riverside, California, and Austin, Texas. His Grandma is from New York and Grandpa from Barbados. FLACKO’s musical talent was influenced by his family members, whose Grandma was a member of a group called Carinations and Grandpa would sing on the corners in New York with friends. Moreover, other family members were a mixture of singers, instrument players, and rap artists. His mother is a singer/backup singer for a choir in church and released a CD called Psalms in 2009.
