Rootsy, Retro, Rock and Blues Release From Lightning Hall!
Rio Rancho, NM — Summer Sky Hotel, a new release by Lightning Hall. Eight original songs by a truly indie artist ranging from acoustic arrangements to rocking electric slide guitar and jazzy blues.
The title track of Summer Sky Hotel is an introspective song about the connections and memories made on time away. She Loves My Guitar is lively retro rock and roll with a somewhat psychedelic midsection. Venom and Forgive And Forget You are jazzy blues explorations. Save Me and Snake Oil Man are roots acoustic songs that hearken way back to medicine shows and outlaws while That Old Thing is rocking electric slide guitar.
Are you a fan of retro rock and blues from the ’50s, 60’s and ’70s? Give Lightning Hall, an artist with “a soulful voice and impeccable guitar work”, a try.
From retro, rootsy acoustic arrangements to rocking electric slide and slow, jazzy blues, Summer Sky Hotel, is set to be released on December 11, 2023.
Look for Lightning Hall’s Summer Sky Hotel on your favorite platform.

ABOUT
I am committed to creating and performing quality original music with an original voice and covers of music less often heard, and with an individual take. As a guitarist and singer songwriter I paint pictures of people and their joys and struggles in life for those who like their music in rootsy, bluesy and retro style. From the danceable and feel good to the introspective and plaintive, typically nostalgic, earthy but lively, his original music draws you in and holds you. A regular performer in the Albuquerque, NM area,.
