Adam LaMarche, professionally known as DJ “A.Mar”, taught himself the basics to DJ’ing in 2007 at the age of 15. Now at 28, he has made a name at events throughout California. The DJ, producer & entertainer is known for his charismatic personality & ability to connect with any audience through music. A.Mar has displayed his talents at nightclubs, teenclubs, gyms, weddings, stores, schools & events with 3,000+ people in attendance. He has held 1+ year weekly DJ residencies in Los Angeles, Palo Alto, Sacramento, San Jose, Venice Beach, West Hollywood & Westwood. His versatile style of music ranges from hip-hop/rap, house, electronic dance music, reggae/dancehall, latin, jazz & everything in between.

Sunset Groove was inspired by working around Sunset Blvd in LA for 5 years and seeing all the crazy stuff it has to offer.

Who inspires you?

Probably artists like Paul Hardcastle, Todd Terje, Daft Punk, Scott Storch, MK -- Those are just a few diverse random artists/producers that I like.
