Tate Simms comes from a musical family. His father and mother were both Gospel singers and his uncle was a pianist who played with jazz greats like Dizzy Gillespie and Miles Davis. After taking guitar lessons Tate went on to be self-taught in bass guitar, drums, and piano. Right now he would also like to help with the social Injustice that we are facing now and he has written a song for a call to action to get more people registered and getting more interest in voting to help change in our world.
