Jakarta, 7 April 2023 – Experimental rock band LunariaN continues their prolific release of new music, ushering in “Noble Mind Traveler” as their fourth single of 2023.

LunariaN showcases their ever-eccentric style in this somewhat whimsical take on rock music. The group’s penchant for incorporating traditional and classical influences takes centre stage in “Noble Mind Traveler”, where an accordion-driven, waltz-inspired intro and chorus that takes you to a marching band parade in the middle of the town. Through the wicked use of chromatic notes progressions as the song’s signature, the band transports listeners to a Tim Burtonesque horror-carnival of wonders.

“Noble Mind Traveler” was written by front man Rivelino Ismaya and shares the musings of a man in his search for truth. Left unsatisfied by the constraints of knowledge that he finds in “papers by which they designed, with something left behind”, he tears himself away from the comfort of dogma and chooses to embark on a journey of discovery. Despite the solitude of traversing this path, the traveler knows that it is worth the contentment that his newfound wisdom brings.

Formed in 2010, they went on hiatus in 2014, and they are back with one single each month from January to April 2023, ending with a full album titled “Refined Anomalium” in May 2023.
