Fredonia, New York – Uncle Ben’s Remedy or UBR is a rock ‘n’ roll band with Ben Westlund, Harmony Griffin, Shawn Huestis, Brendan O’Connor, and Jimmy Royce. The members grew up in a small town, where they embraced the values of community and the sounds of the country. They learned to play and sing in this atmosphere, resulting in a band that loves floor-stomping songs that listeners can relate to.

‘Easy Ways To Here’ is UBR’s fourth album that contains 11 original tracks. The album is dedicated to two close friends of the band who were lost this year, Jeffrey Huestis and Michael “Dutch” Trummer. The album takes into account the tumult of the pandemic and raises a glass to all the memories made, good and bad. The combination of drums, bass, scratch vocals, and guitar makes way for an array of melodies rooted in Americana and rock.
