How It Works

  1. Purchase your ticket in advance.⁣
  2. Check-in at Taste & Thirst during the following times: 1-6PM, Saturday 11.13 (Do not be late, no exceptions, you must check-in by 6pm)⁣.
  3. At that point, you will be given a map with the bar locations in the Gaslamp District and when they're participating in the drink specials.⁣
  4. Must be 21+ to participate.⁣
  5. We encourage attendees to wear patriotic apparel, bring American flags or dress up like their favorite military character.⁣
  6. Please party responsibly. Do Not Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Uber or Lyft), taxi service, limo, walk, or a designated driver.⁣
  7. Be kind and courteous to all, don't forget to tip your bartenders, and Have Fun!

Paws for Purple Hearts improves the lives of America’s Warriors facing mobility challenges and trauma-related conditions such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) by providing the highest quality assistance dogs and canine-assisted therapeutic programs; and by building public awareness about the important role dogs play in helping Warriors along the road to recovery.
