The inspiration behind “Xclusive Monogamy” came from a surprising encounter with a wise woman. A 70-year-old admirer, whom Brandon affectionately calls a “Silver Fox,” told the artist, “Brandon, what you need is Exclusive Monogamy.”

Intrigued by the phrase, he explored it further and realized how well it resonated with his music. The music and the title blended seamlessly, leading to the creation of “Xclusive Monogamy.”

In Brandon’s words, his music is a “Jazzy Blues Funk Vibe with Some Sizzle On It.” It’s a captivating fusion of genres that transports listeners to a world of rhythm, melody, and heartfelt storytelling.

Currently, Brandon is set to embark on an international journey, taking his music to Istanbul and Bangkok, Thailand. Beyond performing for audiences, the diligent artist is also keen on immersing himself in the cultures of these places.

ABOUT

Brandon Allen’s life has been a tapestry of different places and experiences. Born in New Orleans at Charity Hospital, the artist’s early years were spent in a neighborhood that was considered dangerous. Despite this, he found a strong support network among his family and friends, who looked out for each other.

After his parents’ separation at age seven, Brandon moved to Los Angeles, California, where he spent his formative years.  His mother’s love for Jazz, specifically artists like Kenny G and George Benson, introduced him to the genre.  Initially critical of his own work and trying to emulate radio sounds, Brandon soon realized that this journey was a learning experience. It led him to learn from the best audio engineers and delve deep into music theory, preparing him for his shimmering career in music.
