Biography

Open Gate Management is a music management company based out of Birmingham, Al. Establish in early 2011 for the purpose of taking local talent found across the state of Alabama and presenting them to major record companies. The company work with singers, songwriters, producers, studio engineers, of all different genres of music.
Terrell Johnson, founder of Open Gate Management company and Manager of Deceptaconz Productions, is becoming a well-known businessman across the southern region of the United States. Beginning his management career in 2009, he has managed some notable clients in the underground music industry; Punchline Shawd and producer Indyana Jones.
Always having the desires of being successful in the music Industry, he has worked as a music artist, producer and engineer. With experience in all of those different fields, he has a solid understanding of what it takes to be successful. 
Terrell is constantly seeking ways to move his company and clients to the next level. One of those ways is attending Full Sail University, the largest entertainment university in the country. While attending Full Sail he has made close business relationships with industry producers, promoters and A&R'S. And with these relationships, he can use them to get his artist the attention needed to receive music deals with major record labels.
